Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro specifications leaked: What to expect?

Hello Guys welcome to Techanker with due respect today in this article we are talking about Google Pixel 7, Pixel 7 Pro specifications leaked: What to expect. Pixel 7 and 7 Pro will support storage expansion via microSD card, according to a new leak. The Pixel 7 series of flagship Android smartphones is slated to launch on October 6, 2022 – or just a couple of days from now.

The Google Pixel 7 is coming very soon, on October 6th, and it will arrive in two flavors: a cheaper and smaller Pixel 7 model, as well as a premium and larger Pixel 7 Pro version.

Recently The main differences between the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro are in the display, camera, battery, and memory departments. The Pixel 6 Pro has: A curved 6.7-inch QHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate, compared to the Pixel 6’s flat 6.4-inch Full HD+ panel with a 90Hz refresh rate.

Google’s Pixel phones have always had the best Android software, but the Pixel 6 is the first phone that has the hardware to match. It offers Google’s custom Tensor ARM chip, an excellent OLED screen, and the second-best smartphone camera we’ve ever tested (that crown goes to the more expensive Pixel 6 Pro).

Google Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro specifications have been leaked online. The purported internals suggest that the smartphones will have incremental updates over last year’s Pixel 6 series. The most talked about feature of the Pixel 7 series, which will include the standard Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro smartphones, is the Tensor G2.

It is the successor to the first-generation Tensor, Google’s indigenously-developed SoC that the company said, helps it in offering AI experiences that other chipsets couldn’t. The smartphone is also said to get a better selfie camera.

The Pixel 7 Pro reportedly earns its moniker by virtue of a 6.7-inch QHD+ OLED screen (LTPO, 120Hz), 12GB of RAM, a 48MP telephoto camera, and autofocus for the ultrawide camera.

By comparison, the standard Pixel 7 looks set to offer a 6.3-inch FHD+ OLED screen (90Hz), 8GB of RAM, no telephoto camera, and a fixed-focus ultrawide rear shooter.

This smartphone from Google is expected to run Android 13 operating system and come with dual SIM support. The handset is said to sport a dual rear camera with 50MP main camera and 12MP ultra-wide angle lens. There is also a 10.8MP selfie camera with face unlock feature.

Google Pixel is said to come equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and backed by a 4,700mAh battery with 30W wired fast charging support.

It is also claimed that the Google Pixel 7 series may be offered in 128GB and 256GB storage variants. The Pixel 7 is expected to pack a 4,700mAh battery (a little higher capacity as compared to Pixel 6’s 4,164mAh).

Whereas the Pixel 7 Pro may come with a larger 5,000mAh battery, both with support for 30W fast charging. There could be wireless charging, stereo speakers, Bluetooth LE support, and the phone will run Android 13.

Recently, a report suggested that the Google Pixel 7 will be priced at $599 (roughly Rs. 48,500), which is the same price point as last year’s Pixel 6. Pixel 7 may come in Lemongrass, Obsidian, and Snow colour options.

Google Pixel 7 Pro: Cameras

Cameras aren’t expected to change that much on the Pixel 7 Pro, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The Pixel 6 Pro is one of the best camera phones, so the same camera hardware on this year’s model should produce some outstanding shots.

Given the changes Apple’s making to the iPhone 14 Pro cameras, though, we’re especially interested in seeing how an iPhone 14 Pro vs. Pixel 7 Pro face-off will shake out.

Until that happens, we can only look at the expected specs — the same 50MP main camera as the Pixel 6 Pro augmented by 12MP ultrawide and 48MP telephoto lenses.

What may change however is the zoom level, according to a new leak which says the Pixel 7 Pro will get a slightly more powerful 5x telephoto lens, instead of 4x like the Pixel 6 Pro.

One is Cinematic Blur, which sounds like a portrait mode-style effect but for video, and the other is Macro Focus, which is a Pixel 7 Pro-exclusive and most likely lets you take close-ups with the ultrawide camera.
