Tipster Mukul Sharma has spotted the “Redmi 11 Pro” moniker on the source code. The device is expected to be the latest entrant to Redmi’s 11 series. Currently, only the name of the device is known and we hope further information will be revealed soon.
Redmi Pad 5G launch date could be drawing near. The reason behind it is that a live shot of the alleged tablet has surfaced on Weibo, the Chinese microblogging site.
In addition, the alleged Redmi Pad was recently spotted on Chinese certification platforms like CMIIT and 3C in June 2022. These developments indicate that it may not take too long for the tablet to go official.
Moving to the Redmi Pad, we spotted a Redmi tablet on the CMIIT site alongside the Redmi K20S Pro a while ago. While the name of this Redmi tablet is under the warps, it carries a 22081281AC model number and is likely the same gear we see in the latest leak. Let’s have a look.
In the leaked image, the Xiaomi 12T Pro can be seen sporting a 200-megapixel triple camera unit. Rumors are rife that the main snapper will be coupled with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 2-megapixel macro camera. The back panel of the phone has curved edges. A volume controller and a power button can be seen on the right side of the 12T Pro.

Redmi Pad
The Redmi Pad is said to be a mid-range offering from the brand. The device has a flat back with an 8-megapixel camera without a flash. A power button is placed on the top of the device, whereas its left side has a volume rocker.
Rumors are rife that it has an 11-inch 2K display, Android 12 OS, a new MediaTek MT8781 chip, and a 7,800mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging.
Unfortunately, there is no other information available on the specifications of the Redmi Pad 5G. According to Xiaomiui, the device may come preloaded with MIUI Lite, a toned-down version of MIUI for low-end devices.
The support for 5G connectivity suggests that it may rival the Realme Pad X 5G. The Redmi tablet is also expected to be released in India in the coming months.
